The Power of E=MC5 BASIC

The Power of E=MC5 BASIC − A Distinct Formula for Negotiation Excellence is an online CLE course for 1 credit (NJ). This unique formula (a take on Einstein’s Theory of Relativity E=MC2 but without the physics) is derived from Mr. Eichen’s nearly 30 years of negotiation experience handling a wide range of civil, traffic, and criminal matters.

This course focuses on the concepts behind E=MC5 with emphasis on its 5 essential components: Commitment, Confidence, Courage, Compassion, and Calmness. Each component is discussed in detail including personal examples to demonstrate how mastering these components will exponentially improve your negotiation abilities.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hour of total CLE credit. Of these, 0.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 0.0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law and/or matrimonial law.
